1 Lt milk
200 gr sugar
120 gr Corn Starch
Small piece of margarine
And the peel of one lemon

Cook 750ml of milk with the sugar, the margarine and the lemon, wait until is warm. The other 250ml of milk put it together with the corn starch, mix it and out it together with the others until is mix enough.

Then put it on a long tray and put it in the fridge overnight. The following morning cut it in square pieces and after passing it over flour and egg fry it in olive oil. Delicious!!!
